Calling All Residential Design and Architecture Students

The Houzz Scholarship Program is open for fall 2018 entries! We’re looking to support the next generation of home professionals by awarding four $2,500 scholarships in the categories of ‘Women in Architecture’, ‘Sustainable Design’, ‘Residential Interior Design’ and ‘Residential Construction Management’.

High school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students 18 years of age or older are invited to apply at houzz.com/scholarships. In addition to submitting a brief essay on their design and architecture influences, students are invited to create a Houzz professional student profile, where they can showcase their portfolio of work and network with more than 1.5 million active home professionals around the world.

Spring 2018 winners included:

– Women in Architecture: Kelsey Vitullo (studying architecture and landscape architecture at Washington University in St. Louis)

– Sustainable Residential Design: Cheyenne Murray (studying architecture at Georgia Tech)

– Residential Design: Celina Nelson (studying architecture at the Dunwoody College of Technology)

– Residential Construction Management: Erica Colunga (studying construction management at California State University – East Bay)

Houzz awards these scholarships biannually in the spring and fall. The deadline for the fall 2018 scholarships is June 30, 2018. We wish all applicants the best of luck!
